Even though Reggae did start as a protest music, it's too bad that many artists of today have taken this music of peace, love and unity and transformed it into one of hate and killing.

I agree it's a terrible shame how they are now using this once beautiful music to now spread hatred and violence, if bob marley where alive today he would cringe at the fact this is happening.
It makes me sad to see how the youth dem think there doing good and call themselves godly, if Bobo stands for Hatred and violence then i want nothing to do with them! what kind of message is sizzla putting out on behalf of all Bobo Dreads, what a state! how did we get to this........
+anyone who is supporting people who actively promote and encourage violence should be ashamed of thmeselves. What kinda world do u think we gonna have if you promote hatred+violence????
If they don't like gay people them keep it to yourself.
The whole anti gay thing in JA stems from slavery and the males having to prove themselves and be so macho, as slaves there goal was to have children, this was enstilled into them by the slave masters, the sure sign of being a man was to have a child+to become a father. Being gay is the opposite of this and it's all related to the machoism thing going on in JA.
This all has had a big effect upon the JA people and alot of people blame this for there hatred, who knows why?
